Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received and unused. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Returns should be sent to our address in the Netherlands.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs & Duties
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
